There is a more sensitive area on the man’s body, from under the belly button to the base of the thigh. Once the pain in the above-mentioned parts is sudden, seek medical treatment in time, and don’t be paralyzed.
Urethral orifice pain
The reason may be very simple. For example, when soap or bath liquid flows into the urethra, you will feel tingling. However, discomfort such as irritation and tingling can be alleviated or disappeared as long as you urinate once. The more complicated reasons are as follows.
Foreskin Turtle Inflammation
It is often caused by bacterial invasion, smegma irritation to the foreskin and the head of the penis, etc. It is manifested as redness, swelling, burning and itching of the foreskin, glans or urethra. In severe cases, the inner surface of the foreskin and the glans are congested and eroded, with exudate, and pain may occur when rubbed against the underwear.
Urethritis
Inflammation caused by bacteria invading the urethral mucosa often causes a tingling sensation at the mouth of the urethra when urinating begins. Observe the redness and swelling of the urethral orifice, and the ectropion of the mucous membrane.
Urethral stones
In addition to pain during urination, symptoms such as poor urination or interrupted urine flow may also occur.
Three kinds of pain men need to know
Scrotum pain
The factors that cause scrotal pain often include bacterial infection, torsion, injury, ischemia, etc., which requires careful investigation to find out.
Testicular pain caused by infections such as bacteria, viruses, etc.
The pain is severe, even like a knife cut; the scrotum is red and swollen, and the pain is obvious when touched. Such as mumps patients complicated by orchitis, testicular swelling and pain may occur; sexually transmitted diseases, orchitis may be caused in severe cases. In addition, chronic prostatitis can also be linked to the testicles, which manifests as unilateral pain, mostly dull pain or traction pain, which is continuous; take a little prostate fluid and examine it under a microscope, and a large number of white blood cells can be seen.
Testicular or spermatic cord pain caused by torsion
Such as testicular torsion, spermatic cord torsion and so on. It can occur from newborn babies to elderly people, and most (about 65%) occur between 12 to 19 years old, often with a history of strenuous activity or external force on the testicles, and it occurs suddenly during sleep or quiet. Delayed treatment can lead to fatal testicular necrosis. Doctors vividly call it “myocardial infarction” of the testis.
The injury causes testicular pain
Most of the catastrophes result from strenuous exercise or sexual activity, violence, etc., severe pain accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and even fainting or shock. On examination, the testicles are swollen, unclear, or scrotum congested, and tenderness is obvious. B-ultrasound and CT are helpful for the diagnosis of injury, clarify the location and scope of injury, and provide reference for treatment.
Testicular pain caused by ischemia
It is more common in the elderly. The pain is aggravated during activity and relieved during rest. The prostate fluid examination is normal. The cause lies in testicular arteriosclerosis, which causes stenosis of the lumen, resulting in decreased blood flow, resulting in ischemia and hypoxia of the testis, causing painful attacks. Most are unilateral lesions, more common on the left side than on the right side.
Varicocele causing pain
It is common to feel numbness and pain in the scrotum after lifting heavy objects or standing for a long time. The severity of the pain is related to the degree of varicocele, and the pain can be reduced or disappeared after lying down. The reason is that the venous blood vessels in the spermatic cord swell and stimulate the testicles.
Diseases of organs near the scrotum can also spread to the scrotum and cause pain. Such as ureteral stones (stimulating the adjacent genital femoral nerve to cause pain in the scrotum), abdominal aneurysm, appendicitis, prostate disease, bladder and pelvic muscle damage, etc.
Painful penile erection
The penis will become erect after being sexually stimulated, and it will not be painful under normal circumstances. Erection pain may have the following factors.
⒈The foreskin is too long or there are adhesions, when the penis is erect, it will cause the foreskin to turn down difficult and cause pain.
⒉The penis suffered trauma. If you accidentally ride on a hard object, bruise your penis; or if you move too violently or suddenly change direction during sex, causing the penis to break.
⒊Penile deformities, such as some diseases that cause scar tissue to form in the penis, or plaques appear outside the penis, when the penis is erected, the penis is forced to bend and cause pain.
⒋ Virus infection, such as herpes virus invading the penis and causing pain, accompanied by burning, itching and other symptoms.
⒌Abnormal erection refers to the erection of the penis that is not soft, and the pain is unbearable, also known as persistent penile erection. Some diseases of the penis cause the blood to fail to return and stay in the penis for a long time, causing hypoxia and causing pain.
Tip: If the urethral orifice is slightly painful, you can observe it for a day or two. If the pain persists, you need to see a doctor. If the pain is sudden and severe, as well as scrotum pain, penile erection pain, you should immediately go to the hospital for emergency treatment to avoid accidents.
